Biographie: Michael started working at Realty Group of Southwest Florida when he was 16 years young as the broker’s assistant. Loving the Real Estate field he has now made Real Estate a full-time career here in SW Florida. He is experienced both in residential sales and property management. That experience made him the rental manager for long term rentals in the office. His hobbies outside of Real Estate include Florida water sports, fishing, Tae Kwon Do and body building. Biographie: Willem, originally from the Netherlands, moved with his family to Florida in 2007. He owned and managed a transport & trading company for over 15 years. He became involved in the Florida real estate market in 2002 when he bought his first investment property in Miami. After becoming a Florida resident himself he started working as a real estate agent for European investors, second home buyers as well as Florida residents.
Willem knows buying a residential property is a long term investment and has a desire to provide the highest level of service. Clients should be able to feel comfortable and rely on the services provided.
Willem's focus is assisting buyers who are looking for residential and investment properties throughout Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Especially buyers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will benefit from his own experience and the ability to speak their language and understanding their needs.
Besides real estate Willem is engaged in the LED (Light emitting diodes) business with a link between Europe and the USA. It's a pleasure to live and work in the "Sunshine State" and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Biographie: Andreas is Ingrid’s youngest son and started working part time as a teenager at Realty Group of Southwest Florida, just like his brother Michael. He joined the Realty Group team full time in 2011. Andreas is the seasonal rental manager, and will find you your dream vacation property.
Apart from real estate Andreas has a passion for sports - football, basketball - and typical Florida activities like fishing, and hanging out at the beach. He also speaks fluent German.
